We're disappointed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, but we’ve made the return process as easy as possible for you!
BMbride will issue a full refund, including tax and shipping, for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives in this condition, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with processing your return.
How To Return & Refund
Submit a return request by contacting our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the reason for your return and accompanying photographs for verification.
Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return address. Please ship your item(s) using a local postal service within 30 days of receiving our return confirmation.
When we receive the returned package, it will be inspected to ensure it matches the conditions and issues outlined in your return request.
AII our items are made to order. This means that we do not stock extra items in our store. Once you place your order, it will be made specifically for you. Therefore, we will not accept returns of goods that are as per your order. Our return policy only accommodates damage or wrongful shipment of items.
Once confirmed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 days (processing time varies depending on your payment method and bank). Please note that the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted, so please contact Customer Service before sending any items back.

Please note that all of our Wedding & Party Dresses are custom-made to ensure high quality, tailored one by one. Each dress requires processing and shipping time, so if your event is urgent, please contact us to place a rush order.
Note: While we strive to make each dress closely resemble the images provided, slight variations may occur due to fabric availability. Custom dresses are made to your specific measurements or according to our size chart for an ideal fit. If minor adjustments are needed, alterations can be done at your expense.
Alterations Reimbursement PolicyTo assist further, we offer limited reimbursements for alterations for both standard and custom-size dresses. Simply submit a receipt from your tailor to sparkbm@gmail.com, and we’ll handle the rest!

Dresses $59 and under: up to $20
Dresses $60 - $99: up to $35
Dresses $100 - $199: up to $50
Dresses $200 and above: up to $75
Dresses $60 - $99: up to $35

Return Policy for Wedding & Party Dresses
Due to their custom-made nature, these dresses are generally non-returnable. If you wish to return a dress for reasons other than quality issues or damage, a 50% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping fees, plus-size fees, and rush fees (if applicable) will still be charged, even for orders with free shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, including any materials needed for the shipment. If you are returning multiple items, we recommend sending them in one package to minimize costs.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of confirmation, including weekends. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to process your return.
Important: Custom-size dresses are final sale unless there is a proven quality issue. Confirm your color, style, and measurements within 24 hours after payment to ensure accuracy.
For All Casual Dresses, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
BMbride will issue a full refund for the cost of returned items if you are not satisfied. Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate the return. Items must be returned in their original condition per the return policy.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the custom-made nature of our products. If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order. Please note that we only accept “return and reorder” requests once. Prior discounts or promotional pricing from the original order will not be carried over to the new order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Our systems are designed to process orders quickly. As our dresses are custom-made, the tailoring process begins as soon as the order is placed.
For changes or cancellations:
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation: full refund.
24-48 hours after payment confirmation: partial refund (full shipping cost + 70% of product price).
Beyond 48 hours: partial refund (full shipping cost + 50% of product price).
After the order has shipped: cancellations are not accepted.
